Antonio Bortone
UX/UI Designer
I’m Antonio Bortone, an Italian UX/UI designer based in Portugal, combining product thinking, visual systems, and a technical foundation.
I started in Italy, studying programming and technology. That gave me the technical foundation to understand how digital products work, not just how they look.
At 17, I started a small marketing project with a friend. We offered design and marketing services to local businesses. It lasted only a few months because of exams and other commitments, but it was my first real step into the creative world.

After finishing school, I chose to begin a new chapter in Portugal. Moving there at 19 taught me to adapt quickly, become more independent, and build a life beyond what was familiar.
My interest in UX/UI began after I watched a video. Something clicked. I started learning through courses, tutorials, and constant practice, exploring how to connect design, usability, and product thinking.
From there, I began creating more: interfaces, product ideas, visual systems, and digital experiences. Every project became a way to refine my taste, improve my process, and deepen my understanding of people.
Most of the time, you’ll find me at the gym, reading, drawing, taking photos, or travelling.
